Who we are

GoodTrivia ("GoodTrivia", "we", "us", "our") is a hosted trivia and fundraising platform operated by Corri Byrne (ABN 88 291 209 195). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

What this service does

GoodTrivia lets organisers build trivia events, invite team members to help run them, and let players join from a phone. The service is provided as-is during early access.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal, hateful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt other events or scrape the service.
• Do not use GoodTrivia to collect personal data from players beyond their team name.

Responsibilities of organisers, hosts, and players

• Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of trivia content they publish, for any fundraising claims they make, and for handling donations through their chosen payment processor. GoodTrivia does not process payments.
• Hosts are responsible for the conduct of the live event they run and for any moderation decisions made during the event.
• Players are responsible for the team name and answers they submit.

Service availability

GoodTrivia is provided as-is during early access. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
